Do not feel obliged to share any details of the situation with us at this stage, but if you do feel able to, then anything shared will remain confidential. The only exception to this is if you disclose something to us that would suggest that you or some other person is at risk of harm.
We’ll then get in touch to talk through our coaching support in more detail, including some simple practicalities, and particularly how we aim to ensure that wellbeing is always our first and most important concern.
If you decide that you’d like to explore Act 5 support in more detail (either for you or a colleague), we’ll then set up an introductory Safe Place conversation with one of our team of chartered psychologists. This is a confidential, exploratory, and complimentary 30-minute session.
We don’t expect any commitment to proceed with Act 5 until after that initial Safe Place conversation, and only then when you and your coach are in agreement that Act 5 support is appropriate for you.
